I have started this mainly as a vehicle to show my respect of The Adelaide Hills and SE route. With apologies to the other route developers of course.
I have found this route to be fantastic I have now driven the whole distance between Adelaide and Mt Gambier now around 10 times around 7 hours each time (done in three stages). Took around 4 times before i could memorise the route well enough to drive it properly. The only place on the route I have been to recently, ie one I can remember, is the old river port area of Murray bridge, In the route it is captured very nicely.
Many thanks and MUCH apreciation to Allan Lownsborough. This route gives a good glimpse of what it must have been like to drive in this era.
MUCH apreciated
While this exists and other routes such as Footscray to Ballarat, Sydney to Nowra and many many others MSTS will never die.
Will have to try and do some activities for this route, but the vast scale of the route makes it a little challenging.
