Post subject:  QR Route Brisbane and Main North

I have decided to give the Gringo Routes and rolling stock a rest and get back into the QR route and Rolling stock.
So far the track is in from Moolabin to Mayne via the Sherwood loop and Southbank using VM track which replicates Qld narrow gauge the best.
Also the track via the Ekka is in as well as the underground to Bowen Hills.
Its fairly comprehensive and I will be releasing stage one when I get the Airport section done and scenery in.

Do you need any aircraft? I have built a couple of types that are used to fly to regional areas of Australia. Let me know if you want them.

perhaps the tracks are smaller to compear to victorian or N.S.W.
If Queenland tracks in real term 3ft 6 to Victorian is 5ft 3 that maybe right. also forgot N.S.W 4ft 8 half.

Hey Russ, just curious, how do you do curved platforms? Are they part of a kit or custom-made for that location.

I reckon we need some modern background scenery buildings. I could whip some low-poly but good(ish) detail ones if I had some pics.

Cheers,
Matt

I build custom platforms for most locations.
Getting the curves right well that takes a bit.
I build the platforms in segments and then push and pull in point mode to suit the curvature of the location.
Gee I could do with some Queensland buildings and backdrops.

send me some photos and an idea of what you want and I will see what I can knock up for you - something like the backdrop to North Terrace in Adelaide?.

No QR route is any good without a Lander set.
Stretching the truth here with the loco!!
The 2300 class broke down on the westlander at Ipswich and all redbank could offer was an electric that had just been fixed.

at the moment, I'm making the residental Powerpoles and the Telepole that follow down the line,

With everything else, do you want me to be an assistants to make more scenerys for you? :D

I have almost completed a 2300 class and have plenty of other modern QR rolling stock in the pipeline.
I will have to do PNQ as well seeings I work there.

When released this will be a very comprehensive package and will represent modern QR the best.
