Post subject: Changing the amount of sand in the sander of a locomotive.

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone knew how to change the amount of sand used in the loco's .eng file. I'm trying to change it from infinite to 0.5 cubic metres (As quoted from PN NR loco datasheet that they kindly sent me) and cannot find anything in Rudolf's eng manual.
If someone could assist me it would be appreciated
