Hi,
In Shape Viewer everything looks fine.Wheels are sitting on top of track but in the game wheels are buried in ground and the body of waggon sits on the rails.
I am using pre made wheelsets.
What am I doing wrong?

Make sure you select the 'Main' object, then click 'Part', 'Center Axis', 'To Origin' - this sets the 'body' to the right height, relative to the rails - also ensure that each wheelset is selected and set to Part, Center Axis, To Object.

After this it should sit on the rails correctly, and should work in the Sim!!!!

Regards, Brian

Hi Brian,
Thanks for clearing that problem up for me.
I have made myself a tip file with that explanation in it.
It has been a source of great frustration for me.
Regards Geoff.
