| On the screenshots part of this sight there’s shots of V/line Pass A66 with a proper A class cabview. Are these released on the web some where or are these yet to be released can anyone help me???

May I suggest you read the included documentation of any content you wish to redistribute.
Some builders place no such restrictions and therefore you are free to pass on their work as you desire. Some builders though state in their readme files that they do not want to have their work redistributed. I would suggest you check and respect their wishes.
