Hi,
Why do the couplers not connect together as in pic below?.I ran route righter and set bounding box minium.

The length of a vehicle or, to be more accurate, the amount of space given to it in a consist, is governed by the Size line of the .wag or .eng file.

TSM makes this a little longer than the actual size of the model.

This is OK for buffer fitted wagons where it prevents overlapping on curves but for buckeye stock it needs to be reduced.

The correct size is inside of the knuckle at each end.
This will let the couplings overlap and appear coupled.

You can use my measuring tool to find the exact size.

You will find it on train-sim as mststool.zip or File ID: 14872 on UKTS
